We have had numerous clients that had similar concerns, however, we have been able to partner with them to drive significant adoption of their site - often over 90%. It really comes down to creating a destination where employees both need to and want to go. It is also crucial to consolidate intranets and other one off sites so employees have one centralized access point with no confusion.
