How long does it take to set up Fingercheck and what support is included during implementation?

Most Fingercheck customers are fully set up and running payroll within one week. Implementation includes guided onboarding from the Fingercheck support team at no additional cost — there are no implementation fees and no long-term contracts required. During setup, the team assists with importing employee data, configuring pay schedules, setting up time tracking and scheduling, and running the first payroll. Ongoing support after implementation is provided by representatives accessible by phone, email, and chat.

Question on: Rippling

I used Rippling for onboarding and found the instructions very easy to follow, with detailed info throughout. One thing I struggled with was not seeing a customer service phone number to call when questions come up. For those using Rippling, how do you handle support during onboarding, and what support options have worked best for you?

Run so far away if you can. Rippling has 0 support before, during, and after implementation. I am almost a year into using Rippling and I wish I had never done this. Support is nonexistent, and if you get someone, they are usually wrong.

We’re researching **what tool integrates onboarding with HR and payroll systems** , and the products that keep coming up in G2's [**Onboarding Software category**](https://www.g2.com/categories/onboarding-software) are Rippling, Paycom, and ADP Workforce Now. Based on our analysis, this decision tends to split into two camps. Some teams want one system to own onboarding, HR, payroll, approvals, and reporting. Others are fine with an HR hub plus payroll integrations, as long as the handoffs stay clean.

The right answer usually depends on where the business feels the pain most: duplicate data entry, payroll timing, reporting gaps, or admin overhead between systems. Based on these considerations, here are our top picks:
