HiHello's Email Signature Manager is a centralized system that lets IT admins and marketing teams create, deploy, and update email signatures across every employee from a single dashboard without requiring any action from employees themselves.
It integrates natively with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, including Gmail, Outlook desktop, and Outlook Web. Admins build branded templates with logos, banners, CTAs, legal disclaimers, and contact details, then push them company-wide in minutes. When details change — new campaign banner, updated legal text, rebranded logo — admins update once, and it propagates across the entire organization automatically.
For enterprises, it supports deployment at any scale, from 10 employees to 10,000, and connects with identity management systems, including Okta, SCIM, and Workday, so signatures stay current as teams change. Built-in analytics show which signatures and CTAs drive the most engagement.
