Question on: HiHello
Does HiHello work with Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook for email signature management?Does HiHello work with Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook for email signature management?
Yes, both, natively. HiHello integrates directly with Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook to push signatures to every employee without requiring them to set anything up themselves. Admins connect the account, assign signature templates, and signatures appear automatically. No copy-pasting, no version drift, no employees running outdated formats.
For Microsoft environments, HiHello works across Outlook desktop, web, and mobile. For Google Workspace, signatures are deployed through the Admin console. Directory sync means new hires get their signature from day one, and offboarded employees are removed automatically, no separate checklist.
One thing worth noting for IT teams evaluating this: HiHello's email signature model is a client-side integration. Your email content is never read by HiHello or sent to HiHello's backend, which you can verify through your own network logs. That's a meaningful difference from tools that process email through third-party servers, creating security risks.

Question on: HiHello
Does HiHello have an automated email signature manager?Does HiHello have an automated email signature manager?
Yes. HiHello's Email Signature Manager lets admins create, deploy, and update branded signatures across an entire organization from a single dashboard. No employee action required. It connects directly with Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook, so signatures are inserted automatically into every outgoing email once assigned. When employee information changes, signatures update in real time, pulling from each person's digital business card as the source of truth.
For marketing teams, that means one place to control layouts, fonts, logos, banners, and CTAs across every email your company sends. For IT, it means zero manual setup per user and no support tickets when someone changes their title.

Question on: HiHello
Is having multiple business cards possible? Can employees have multiple digital business cards for different roles, brands, or languages?
Yes. HiHello supports multiple digital business cards per employee, and for enterprise teams, that flexibility is often the point.
A single employee might need one card for their primary role, a second for a board position or speaking engagement, and a third in a local language for international markets. A sales rep covering two product lines might carry a card for each. A company operating multiple brands under one parent needs those brands to stay distinct, not merged into a single card that confuses the recipient.
HiHello handles all of it. Employees can create and switch between multiple cards from a single account. Each card can have its own design, contact details, links, and language, all within the brand templates and guardrails set by the admin.
For enterprise admins, multiple cards don't create a governance problem. Brand templates control what employees can and can't change across the cards they carry. Provisioning still runs through SSO and SCIM. Analytics track engagement across all cards, not just the primary one.
For global teams, language-specific cards mean a rep meeting a contact in Tokyo and another in São Paulo can share a card that actually reads naturally to the recipient, same employee, same brand, right context.
HiHello was built for the complexity of how enterprise employees actually work. Most people don't have one role, one audience, or one market. Their digital business card shouldn't act like they do.
