HiHello integrates natively with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Marketo, and others. When a contact is captured at an event, whether scanned, manually added, or exchanged via digital card, it syncs to your CRM automatically. You choose whether contacts sync as Leads or Contacts, configure custom field mapping, and pass HiHello tags through to your CRM for segmentation and workflow triggers.
For sales ops teams: field mapping is no-code, configurable by CRM or ops admins, and doesn't require engineering support. Tags assigned on the show floor, qualified, hot lead, follow-up needed, travel with the contact into Salesforce or HubSpot, so reps don't have to re-annotate records after the fact.
Speed to lead matters after events. HiHello syncs contacts immediately, not in a nightly batch. The lead your rep captured at 2pm is in Salesforce in just a few minutes.
