Question on: NinjaOne
What is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) used for?
What is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) used for?
It’s an all in one MSP RMM will deploy Antivirus, Remote Desktop, security patching, Remote scripts and much more from one dashboard.
NinjaOne was rebranded from NinjaRMM, because its much more than just an RMM now. The RMM portion is Remote Monitoring and Management, and is used for patching, installing all apps silently, checking health and many many other conditions. We have a ton of automations setup that auto fix some things, and if it cannot opens a ticket. We do a lot of hardening and security changes also within. NinjaOne though also offers Backups, MDM, Remote Control and some security software also. So thats why they rebranded because its now much more than just an RMM. Awesome tool, one we love!
