What is required for installation?
What are the system requirements for IssueTrak installation?
IssueTrak is a web-based software application available for On-Premises installation using your own web server and database platform or hosted and maintained on the IssueTrak Cloud.
IssueTrak On-Premises installations can reside on the same or separate machines; dedicated or shared machines; or physical or virtual machines that meet the following hardware and software requirements:
Database Server:
Dual Core 1.8 GHz processor|4GB available RAM | 4GB available hard disk space (minimum)
Windows Server 2008 or higher (32 or 64-bit; Standard, Enterprise or Datacenter Edition)
Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 or higher (32 or 64-bit; Standard, Enterprise or Business Intelligence Edition)
Web Server:
Dual Core 1.8 GHz processor | 4GB available RAM | 4GB available hard disk space (minimum)
Windows Server 2008 or higher (32 or 64-bit; Standard, Enterprise or Datacenter Edition)
Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.0, 7.5, 8.0 or 8.5
Or Same Machine
Dual Core 1.8 GHz processor|4GB available RAM | 4GB available hard disk space (minimum)

Other Requirements
For both Cloud and On-Premises installations, a web browser is required. IssueTrak can be accessed via Internet Explorer 11+, Chrome 36+ and Firefox 31+.
IssueTrak is offered in the cloud, and on premises. To run it in the cloud, all you need is a web browser. If you want to run it on your own servers, you need Microsoft SQL Server and IIS. Contact our Support department if you have additional questions -- support@issuetrak.com.
