Question on: NinjaOne
Do you provide the same level of functionality for MacOS as you do for Windows?
Are all the features discussed in your page/documentation compatible with Mac computers?
Hey Sam,
We are an all Mac firm (as we work on Macs ourselves) and I can confirm they do support Macs well. Now, because of the Apple environment, they are more limited on things they can do script wise and whatnot. Also, you have to set many Apple security settings to make things like remote access and monitoring work for Ninja, but once you do that, it works well with Mac. As well or better than any other service I've tried.
They are in the process of adding full Mac integration. Basic services like AV, Splashtop support and some monitoring work, properly.

Question on: SolarWinds Service Desk
Windows Installer
Will there be a windows installer (.msi) created for the SolarWinds Discovery Agent
This one is easy. When Samanage became Solarwinds we quit using the product and went elsewhere.
Samanage had an EXE and an ISO. I'm none to interested in what Solarwinds has, other than they probably charge an additional fee each time you use the installer - over and above the licensing of the product!!
