Survey monkey makes it easier and its more complicated with surveyGizmo.

¡Hi Dominique! I have always thought that SurveyGizmo does the hard way, which could be done the easy way. You just have to copy the URL you want and use a tool like https://www.qrcode-monkey.com/. With this tool you can get a traditional QR Code (if that's what you want), but if you want a more sophisticated QR Code you can customize it. We want to engage more of our consumer base and allow customers to fill out CSAT surveys via SMS instead of email; we believe our demographic of customers will be more inclined to answer surveys in this way.

Yes it is. Survey Gizmo uses Amazon Web Services to host the platform and store data. AWS is FedRAMP certified and SG uses end-to-end encryption when data are in transit.
