It starts with your team downloading the app to their phones and unlocking the feature that they can only view their own chats. The more people that see notification, the more you're likely to see more interactions. Incorporating the templates to make it easy for your employees to use it when "leaving a message" or "answering after hours" will make it more convenient and easy.

Yes, you can embed your Outgrow content on your website. You can opt between Inpage Embed, Full Screen Embed, Chat Style Embed, Timed Intent and Exit Intent Pop Up style Embed.

We send out a lot of requests for reviews but we do not get 100% conversion. Any helpful tips to get our patients to open the emails or texts we send and fill out the review will be great.
