# What's the best way to save disk space? Some mailboxes are over 20GB!

Some users have huge mailboxes, MDaemon can come up with compression or archiving features inbuilt with the system

1. Implement corporate policy that all emails aged N days will be auto purged by server. Get is approved. Send and email to "everyone" once the policy is approved. 
2. Add space (how much space you can add all the time?)

Hi Jacob! MDaemon administrators can configure account quotas to limit the amount of disk space each account can use, and they can configure pruning settings to delete old messages from users' Inboxes. In MDaemon Remote Administration, these settings c an be configured via the Account Templates screen (Main > Account Templates > Quota Settings). Thanks!
