If SaneBox places important and priority e-mails in the SaneLater or even Spam folders, and this e-mail needs immediate action, a matter of extremely urgent work, the damage caused by this undue action by Sanebox will be irreversible and may result in financial losses or fines for the recipient of this e-mail (in this case the SaneBox customer).

It’s like this and I mean no offense: you’re looking for a certainty that no string of coding can ever provide. If that is what you’re looking for, I fear you’re always going disappointed.
It’s a trust thing and trust is something that happens over time. I don’t live and die by my inbox as a matter of fact I used to hate it. Sanebox has saved me from that.
When I first started the skeptic in me begged to differ with its capabilities. The beauty is that you’re in control and can choose what messages end up in which mailbox so on that level you’re responsible.
What I’ve learned from my experience - seven months now - is that the mail you need ends up right where you need it from the jump. The bigger, most unexpected lesson is how many messages hold no significant value. That process happens over time. The beauty is that Sanebox allows you to stash those messages with the snooze feature and I’ve set mine up so it doles them out over time and you’re not flooded with a daunting amount of information.
