Sales loft is a Sales Engagement platform. While it does hold information about potential customers it’s not made to take on the role of a full CRM.

Our company made the decision to move to Salesloft late last year. We use Salesforce. Salesloft advertises strong integration. It is now five weeks into  the onboarding process. It has been painfully difficult. Our SDR performance has deteriorated substantially. Salesloft's idea of on boarding is to send you manuals and videos. It is the clients job to figure it out. They NEVER will do a screen share and show you how to fix a problem. Big regrets.

Yes, it is. Moreover, there are numerous activities that you can monitor via SalesLoft. Call Quality, Call Compliance, QA Coaching, etc. Integrate with your other existing software. 

Create tasks for follow ups. It's an amazing tool for sales purpose.

Not really it can track some basic information but it’s really a prospecting tool that integrates with crms
