Hi Patrick! I heard that CC delivers on a shared IP which the new email programs (gmail, outlook etc) are recognizing as spam. (Sorry if the lingo sounds off!) I have tried calling in now over 1/2 a dozen times and the call center really doesn't give straight answers or real resolutions. Even people In our own circle who we email with daily don't get our emails if they are sent through CC (including myself). I am thinking the only choice after over 10 years of having this service is to quit and move to a company that uses the new technology.

Hi Patrick! I am glad that you are following up. It's been a living nightmare. I can only imagine its effected many longterm users too. The space is changing. Ive tried many things and many many many many hours of calls. I would love to get in touch with a lead tech person. I just need good old fashioned email (in peoples inboxes no whitelisting etc)!
