Neural Partners builds e-commerce and connected customer experiences for businesses built around physical space and in-person connection: lighting and furniture showrooms, experience retail, home services, and local SMBs. We're a technology company and a full-service agency, by design. AI Native. Human First.
Why we exist
Commerce has two audiences now, and most businesses are built for one. Humans still need creativity, empathy, and narrative, the things good agencies have always delivered. AI agents need structured data, clean infrastructure, and machine-readable catalogs, the things most businesses haven't built at all. Agents and AI systems now sit between what your business sells and the people who pay for it. Neural Partners builds the infrastructure that makes your business work on both sides of that line. Structured for agents. Designed by humans.
What we build
Neural Core is the platform: the commerce, CRM, and data foundation underneath a business. Launch a website, sell products, list services, book rentals, manage customers, connect your data, and get paid. Product catalogs are enriched and structured so they're legible to AI search and shopping agents as well as to the person standing in your showroom. Customer records carry consent state, provenance, and the right to be forgotten by construction, not as an add-on.
Neural Labs is the agency: the marketing, intelligence, and creative that run on top of the platform. Website management, search and generative-engine optimization, paid media, email and lifecycle marketing, campaign creative, and the analysis that tells you what worked. Every engagement is founder-led. We're practitioners running delivery, not account managers running decks.
The two are designed to reinforce each other. Neural Labs generates client intelligence; Neural Core turns it into better infrastructure. Every engagement makes the platform smarter; every upgrade makes the work sharper. The loop is the point.
How we use AI
We bring agentic AI into the mix in a way that pays for outcomes, not tokens. We handle the complexity so you get the benefits without having to master every platform behind it.
We build with AI and we productize AI-powered infrastructure, so our stance has to be clear. You'll always know when AI is involved, which model, and how. Stated plainly, not buried in a policy doc. AI handles what AI should handle. Humans handle the rest. We draw the boundary deliberately and move it as the technology earns trust.
Inside Neural Partners, every AI agent has a name, a role, and a domain it owns. Agents are onboarded, have tenure, and talk to each other directly without a human relaying every exchange. This is what "AI-native" means in practice: a team designed from the ground up around human and agent collaboration, not AI bolted onto existing workflows. Our clients get the output of that team without having to build one.
Who we serve
Businesses that put physical space and human connection front and center. As more of daily life gets automated, our bet is on the companies built around personalized, in-person experiences. A lighting showroom with thousands of SKUs and a catalog that changes with every manufacturer price sheet. A home-services company whose leads come from a dozen channels and land in a spreadsheet. A local retailer that needs to be found by an AI shopping assistant as reliably as by a Google search. These businesses shouldn't need an enterprise budget or an IT department to get infrastructure that works.
How we operate
Practitioner-first mindset. We build what we wish existed and partner with what's already best-in-class. No roadmap theater. If you haven't done the work, you don't get to tell others how.
Human judgment, machine speed. AI handles what AI should handle. Humans handle the rest. We draw the boundary deliberately and move it as the technology earns trust.
Radical transparency. Open conversations, shared context, saying the quiet part out loud. Better to over-communicate and be wrong than to always be guessing.
Prove, then scale. Ideas are great but execution is everything. Ship something real and learn rather than plan something perfect and wait.
Privacy for all. We build privacy the law hasn't caught up to. Consent, provenance, and the right to be forgotten for every user, in every state. Not because it's required. Because it's right.
Built for the corner, not the boardroom. We came up in small towns. The businesses that run them deserve infrastructure that works without an enterprise budget or an IT department.
Where we came from
Neural Partners was founded in 2025 by three lifelong friends from Vermont. All three started at the same local startup, then went their separate ways across different verticals and different sides of the table. Friends turned competitors, but the ideas never stopped. In late 2024 one of us, after 8+ years in product management, decided to learn to code. That became an obsession with agentic AI, and the obsession became a dare: one weekend to see how much of the idea we'd talked about for years could become a real business.
Neural Partners is what came out of that weekend. Friends turned co-workers.
What we're building toward
We're not building for an exit. We're building for the work. What we're chasing is simpler than a valuation: clients who succeed because of what we built, a team proud of how we built it, and infrastructure still relevant a decade from now. We're in this for the long haul.
Legible to machines. Irresistible to humans.
