What sets Glia apart from other call center solutions for banks?
I’ve been trying to figure out which conversational support platforms actually hold up well for larger teams.
A lot of the usual “best enterprise tools” lists feel pretty surface-level, so I’m more interested in what works with high ticket volume, multiple support teams, and more complex workflows.
A few that keep coming up:
Zendesk Suite: seems like a common choice, but I’m not sure how flexible it feels day to day
Salesforce Service Cloud: obviously powerful, but does it take a ton of effort to manage?
Intercom: really polished, curious how well it handles enterprise-scale support
Genesys Cloud CX: looks strong for routing and omnichannel
NICE CXone: seems popular with bigger contact center setups
