When coaching, how many team members are working together on analyzing and providing feedback on a call?
How many leaders or coaches are working one on one with a sales rep, and how much time do you spend on coaching them.

In general, it should be limited to those with credibility, and the fewer the better. Otherwise, you'll get feedback saturation, contradictory input, and resistance. It's also helpful to have an outsider provide feedback, since insiders tend to reinforce habits that are accepted, but might not be the best choice.

Why does your homepage look like a picture I would see in an 8th grade science book?

When we launched our current branding in June 2018, our messaging revolved around "the science behind the art of Sales." Hence the beakers (because science, right?)
Our messaging has evolved since but our visual branding is a little behind, soon to be updated, so make sure to check back in soon!

How can I make calls available for playback more quickly?
At times, I would like to hear a calls playback either right away or very soon after. Usually, this is not a feature that is available. Is there a setting or a set up that would make this available?

You have a few options:
* You can click "listen later" to put a call in your to do list (easily accessible on the mobile/web app) or have reps request feedback (if they're a manager).
* If you want calls sent immediately - you can setup alerts to push calls that fit a certain criteria directly to you immediately, daily, or weekly.
