To record a meeting you must have enabled the option in the toolbar, however if you do not see it, you need to activate it in the configuration or maybe it is conditioned under the terms of acquisition of the license, that is, there are features that need an additional cost and they are not included in the basic license. I also recommend that you migrate to Teams instead for the same reasons. Plus, Teams is much more robust with tight integration with the rest of Microsoft 365 apps and a long list of 3rd party integrations. Actually, you can collaborate with contacts outside your organizations with Teams by either giving them external access or guest access. External access allows external users in other domains to find, call, chat and setup meetings with you. This is best when you want to communicate with external users who are still using Skype for Business or Skype. Guest access can do the same plus collaborate with you on M365 files. They have almost the same capabilities as your internal Teams users. You can give anyone guest access by simply inviting them to any of your team in Teams. Best of luck Answered: Joseph Wong on August 13, 2020 I would encourage you to consider replacing your Skype needs with the Microsoft Teams. The only advantage Skype has now is if you are including people outside your organization in the call, where Teams is not yet ready to handle.
