# During conferencing it shows an unknown error when I used cellular network why this happened?

It shows an error when communication with mates. Its happened only when I used cellular network and 4G networks.

Hi,
If you switch to cellular connection during the call, the error is common. It means the "stack" of protocols needed to connect have failed.
