Zanda is well set up and easy to use. The functions it includes are genuinely useful for everyday administrative support and for automating tasks that would otherwise take a lot of time. I also appreciate how much effort the team at Zanda puts into continuously updating and improving the system and its features, which results in regular updates and ongoing improvements. On top of that, Zanda’s support is great—timely and accurate—and the AI-bot is a particularly helpful tool for getting quick answers when you’re on the go. It's well worth it. Compared to other systems I've reviewed it seemed to be the most affordable. There are also several functions you can add if needed. The pricing is very fair and transparent. Overall I find it to be very good value for what I'm paying.

Zanda are constantly adding new and improved features to assist clinicians. I've been using Zoom via the platform, saving $15 a month.

I find Zanda to offer a well thought out system. The patient portal, the scheduling, custom forms are all nice and it allows for many automations beyond just reminders.
