I love how personable their service is. They have spoken to me many times and it is not hard to get in touch with customer care at ZAMP. Their pricing is extremely fair. Sales tax compliance was getting VERY expensive and for my business and I needed to find a better solution. And to add insult to injury the previous sales tax automation provider went up on rates almost double. This is when I found ZAMP.
