The customer service is phenomenal!! Caroline Cassell is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and professional. Before acquiring ZAMP services, I was apprehensive about our taxes and realized I needed a professional to assist me. In the few months I have worked with ZAMP and Caroline, my concerns have been eased and I am much more confident in our filings, etc. I am very impressed with ZAMP's tax knowledge and expertise, and I am very grateful they can simplify it for those of us who are less proficient. My controller's due diligence chose Zamp as our sales tax platform. I trusted her analysis and we onboarded. We were pleasantly surprised at the service and competency of Zamp. Everything went smoothly. Registrations, filings, accounting. Then I sold my business. It was time for me to de-register all the accounts that had been created by Zamp. The process seemed difficult as each state had a different system and all the logon 2FA emails were going back to Zamp. I called the published number. I did not wait and was not put on hold. I was connected to an excellent technician who walked me through the process, state by state. It was a long call, and she was never in a hurry. We deregistered all but one of the accounts. The next day I got an email confirmation that she had gone ahead and figured out the last state de-registration. This was not service to GET my business. This was service to help me END my use of Zamp. (Luckily for Zamp, the new owners signed on because of our recommendation!). I'd rate them 11 out of 10. Rarely have I seen this level of service from a SaaS provider. Bravo!

I love that Zamp emails me for approvals before filing for each month or quarter depending on state requirements. It's useful because I can always ensure we have the correct amount of money available in our specific business checking account to cover the necessary sales taxes. The initial setup was easy.
