It was easy to review timesheets, and the renewal was a smooth process. The support team have responded quickly and effectively to queries.

Their support is fast, and the user interface is mostly clean, though with room for improvement.

The process of creating and signing NDAs and contracts is straightforward, which has made things much simpler for me and allows me to work at the speed that the role requires. Additionally, the customer service team is both responsive and helpful.
