By working closely with our internal team, we are also able to address and resolve customer concerns in less than 48 hours. Its integrations allow us to maintain visibility across virtually all major review platforms and online channels where users share comments and feedback. YouScan’s support team has also been extremely helpful, consistently answering our questions in record time and helping us improve our search queries based on their expertise. The platform’s AI capabilities have been particularly valuable, especially when creating more accurate and relevant queries tailored to our specific needs. In addition, its interface is intuitive, user-friendly, and easy to navigate, even for team members who do not have previous experience with social listening tools.

I'm a founder, so I wear about ten hats and influencer research is the one I dread most. Tiger Finder made it the easy part. I type what kind of creator I'm after for our product, and I get a usable shortlist in seconds. I need creators who speak to a very specific audience, and the Tiger Finder matches land close on the first try. Setup took me about 5 minutes and the team replied fast when I asked an onboarding question.

I'm a product designer and I do a lot of research before I design anything, so I'm always looking for real users to study and interview. Finding the right creators by hand was a pain. Tiger Finder made it simple. I type the kind of creator I'm after and a clean list shows up in seconds. The matches feel right, not random. It took me about 5 minutes to set up and support answered me quickly when I asked something.
