Ease of communicaiton - they set up a slack channel which makes getting in touch with them incredibly easy, it's like chatting with a direct team member. I can easily get them on the phone and they answer all questions quckly and thoroughly. Every team member I have interacted with from our direct account manager to their finance team works like this.

Their professionalism, communication, and how friendly thee staff is! They are also extremely knowledgeable in process/procedures and have been able to make good recommendations on improvements in areas we did not think of!

We've been consistently impressed by the expertise, responsiveness, and communication style of our vCISO and the entire Workstreet team. We communicate primarily over a shared Slack channel and they also have access to our Vanta account, which has worked quite well for our team.
