I'm not a compliance expert, and so I have a lot of questions. Having Workstreet there to support us and make sure that our policies and procedures were not only in-line to pass the tests in Vanta/the audit but also to help us make sure we were doing the right things for our business and customers was super-valuable. They are also experts in Vanta, which was helpful. All of that meant that when starting a company, I didn't have to become an expert in compliance, but can instead focus on my company, product, customers while keeping user data safe.

Workstreet made the entire SOC 2 process clear and manageable. They broke down complex compliance requirements into practical steps, gave us templates and frameworks we could actually use, and were always quick to answer questions. Their team felt like an extension of ours: supportive, knowledgeable, and focused on getting us to the finish line without unnecessary complexity.

Responsiveness, attention to detail, speed of service, pleasant to work with
