This product is very easy to use. WFM by BlueRock links well with Xero making accounting for a person who does not like accounting easy. I use the product each day and sometimes of a weekend. I have not had to rely on customer support as yet. It was an easy set up assisted by my software solutions advisor

I manage a busy bespoke joinery production which using Workflow max I can now create leads ,quotes and purchase orders which enables me to track every apspect of a project so I know finacially in real time what the actual projects cost are highlighting areas that need to be amended for future projects. I am not the best on computers but once I had the training to complet the tasks for my job role its straight forward.
