For us, as a seasonal employer Workbright has many features that we needed for staff who are working seasonal positions, different rates for different jobs, being able to create separate contracts for different jobs for same person. Being able to activate and de-activate employees at the end of the season. Once they return for the next season it saves what paperwork already completed and I can mark which forms I needed completed each season. I also really like that I can run reports from any field we create in Workbright or from PDF forms we create. I just found out that creating reports in Paylocity will not not be able to do that. We just moved payroll platforms over to Paylocity and we switched over to onboarding with Paylocity and only now am I realizing how much simpler and less work it was for Workbright paperwork. I am sad to have to move away from it. But I don't have a choice at this point. Love the fact that Workbright is a Boulder, CO company and really were amazing at working with us on a non-profit rate for our small company. I like the office hours feature where if I need to talk with someone I can just schedule a short call and get immediate help. I would highly recommend Workbright for On-boarding!

It is simple and easy to use for both us and new hires. The fact that we don't have to scan and save individual forms or explain each and every form over and over with every new hire like we used to is a huge plus. Not to mention, their customer service is top notch.

It supports mobile phone application which is very efficient for remote on boarding which is increases productivity. It also has good customer support team that is highly responsive.
