I love that WorkBright is up to the minute with any I-9 legislative changes and if I need clarification on a change, all I have to do is make an appointment to speak to one of their Support Reps and there is no down time. I also love that our employees, actually our new hire candidates, understand their part when they log into WorkBright initially to complete their I-9. Their customer support is outstanding. Please note that some of the questions cannot be answered since we use WorkBright only for I-9 processes.
