I really love the back-end building and creating recipes with Workato; it's not as difficult as it seemed and the ability to use natural language, especially with features like the Airo tool, has been a game changer. The recipe builder and connectors stand out the most for their utility. Workato also streamlines the automation process better, providing a better end-user experience. It's the most user-friendly automation tool I've come across and the built-in AI tool, Airo, makes it exceptional.

I like that Workato's team is responsive and willing to be a partner in building solutions that really help us. Unlike other vendors, they take the time to understand our needs and provide assistance, rather than just pointing us to documentation or leaving us to figure things out on our own.

I like how versatile Workato is and how I can use it with many different applications and software, placing it at the center to connect all the systems I use. I also appreciate that I can connect it with multiple systems, solving different bottlenecks I encounter. The Arrow feature allows me to do things hands-on and focus on my business processes without taking time out of my day to build solutions.
