Workato has a large community and a strong connector ecosystem that developers and integrators can leverage to create multiple solutions, such as MCPs, Slack bots, or orchestrations. The UI is clean and easy to work with. Performance is also good, especially when everything is configured correctly. Workato also has a helpful support team, although sometimes it can take a while for issues to get resolved. The models in the Genies are solid as well, and the agentic layer is quite good; it can handle and perform complex agentic tasks.

The platform is easy to use; it took me just 1 day to successfully deploy my first integration. I also appreciate the AI Integrations, as they're really good for me. I don't have to write manual messages for Teams or Slack. I just deliver value by grabbing the boxes I need, and the AI features take decisions by themselves. The initial setup was really easy. Just 2 months after implementation, there were successful automations in production environments.
