It handles simple point-to-point syncs and complex multi-system orchestration with the same recipe model, which keeps automations readable enough for ops teams to own without heavy engineering support. The connector library spans the MarTech stack well, and strong governance (multi-environment support, versioning, role-based access) makes it practical for a large org where many people ship automations. Recent Workflow Apps and MCP support also make it a useful bridge to AI agents, since existing recipes can be exposed as reliable tools.
