Willow Makes AI Integrations Fast, Secure, and Self-Hosted

What I like best is that Willow finally acts as the control layer between our AI tools and our real systems. Integrations were painless — Jira, GitHub, and our internal APIs all became agent-ready without a single rebuild, and Okta, SCIM, and RBAC dropped into our existing stack with zero rework, fully self-hosted in our own environment. On the AI/Intelligence side, it surfaced MCP servers our own engineers had quietly spun up — an alarming number, but visibility we didn't have before. Access now maps to the task instead of the agent, so we get least privilege we can actually prove, not just claim, and a careless prompt has nowhere to go it shouldn't. Performance-wise, the interface stays out of the way: requests that used to sit in the IT queue for weeks now ship in minutes, which is the real difference between AI people use daily and a pilot that quietly dies. That speed also cut our onboarding and support overhead — teams self-serve the agents they need instead of waiting on IT approval. Every action is logged by system, identity, and timestamp, which made our last compliance review the easiest one we've had. On ROI, the time saved alone — no rebuilds, no manual provisioning, no audit scrambles — justified the switch within the first month.

Essential for AI Tool Governance, Needs UI Polish

I like that Willow gives us visibility, permissions, and auditability all in one place. I appreciate the ability to create toolkits, which are approved sets of tools for each department, making it clear what is allowed. The permission management feature is great for keeping things controlled and within scope, especially for business-critical systems. I also enjoy how toolkits allow us to package approved tools and capabilities per team, so people don't have to figure out what's allowed or not. Willow is invaluable to us for managing and governing AI tools and agents across the company. It's our secured, enterprise-grade platform for building internal tools.

Willow

Your enterprise just gained a new workforce. AI agents are already inside your systems, touching Jira, GitHub, databases, and Slack autonomously, on behalf of employees, right now. With no identity. No audit trail. No one watching. On-prem got Active Directory. SaaS got Okta. The AI agent era has been missing its layer. Until now. Most security platforms stop at visibility. Willow is built for what comes next: turning visibility into governed enablement, so every department can go full-blown AI without a security review backlog. Willow is the Basecamp where every AI agent gets a real identity tied to your IdP, and governed access to exactly the tools and skills the task requires. Not just "can this agent connect to Jira." What it can actually do inside Jira. Action-level permissions. Least privilege enforced at runtime. Full audit on every interaction. One entry point. Any agent. Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini, Codex, n8n, custom. 100+ pre-built integrations. Skills registry with versioning. API-to-MCP conversion for legacy systems. Slack-native approvals. Endpoint sensors that surface shadow AI in real time, before it becomes an incident. SOC 2 Type II. Visibility, control, and enablement. No tradeoff. Your agents are already in the wild. Give them a Basecamp.
