Support that understands data migration edge cases, not canned responses

I was braced for weeks of back-and-forth just to get integrations filed and working. Instead, Willow plugged directly into everything I touch: Excel parsing, Google Drive for client file handoff, Gmail for client communications, Slack for async updates with my team, Avoma call transcripts for client context, and even HubSpot to track where each client sits in the pipeline. It all felt native. When I needed to pull a client’s call summary to make sense of a weird data discrepancy they brought up in a meeting, it was already there—no bouncing between separate tools.

Willow Delivered Day One: Seamless Integrations, Rock-Solid Reliability, Stellar Support

What I like best is how little setup pain there was. I went in expecting to request half our stack as custom integrations, but Jira, GitHub, Slack, Snowflake, and Salesforce were all already supported. We plugged in credentials and were running the same afternoon. The one that surprised me was an internal API a teammate built a couple of years ago and half forgot about. Willow already had a connector wrapped for it. Months in, we still haven't filed a single ticket for a missing connector. Reliability has matched that. We have several hundred people across multiple teams using it daily, and I was braced for the usual scaling headaches. They didn't show up. No outages, and nothing in our incident channel. It behaves the way you want infrastructure to behave, which is that nobody thinks about it until they need it. The governance itself is the part that feels genuinely intelligent. Willow reasons about what a given tool actually needs and scopes access at the point the tool is generated, rather than making us hand write broad allow lists and clean up later. Every action lands in our SIEM as a clean audit trail. Our security review usually adds weeks for a new vendor, and this one cleared faster than anything we've onboarded, with SOC 2, audit logging, and SSO through our existing IdP all in place from the start. Support is the part I didn't expect. Their team is in a shared Slack, they respond fast, and they clearly know the product instead of working off a script. We hit a weird edge case with one custom connector and someone on their side was debugging it with me live the same day.

The rare vendor where the integrations you need are already built

Going in, I fully expected to spend our first few weeks filing requests for custom integrations. Instead we found Jira, GitHub, Slack, Snowflake, and Salesforce already sitting there, we just dropped in credentials and were running within the hour. What actually impressed me was how it handled the long tail of our stack, not just the obvious names. We found an internal API one of our engineers built a couple of years ago already wrapped as a connector, auth flow and all, which told me someone had actually thought about what real companies end up running rather than just the top ten tools everyone demos. The credential handling itself is a small thing that matters a lot day to day, tokens rotate without anyone getting paged, and each connector logs separately so when something does look off we know exactly where to look instead of digging through one giant log. We also tested a couple of connectors in a sandbox before pointing them at production, which saved us from a mess during rollout. Between all that we genuinely haven't had to open a single ticket asking for a missing connector, and for a team our size that's saved a real chunk of engineering time we used to burn on integration work.

Willow

Your enterprise just gained a new workforce. AI agents are already inside your systems, touching Jira, GitHub, databases, and Slack autonomously, on behalf of employees, right now. With no identity. No audit trail. No one watching. On-prem got Active Directory. SaaS got Okta. The AI agent era has been missing its layer. Until now. Most security platforms stop at visibility. Willow is built for what comes next: turning visibility into governed enablement, so every department can go full-blown AI without a security review backlog. Willow is the Basecamp where every AI agent gets a real identity tied to your IdP, and governed access to exactly the tools and skills the task requires. Not just "can this agent connect to Jira." What it can actually do inside Jira. Action-level permissions. Least privilege enforced at runtime. Full audit on every interaction. One entry point. MCP Gateway and AI Usage Control for any agent. Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, Gemini, Codex, n8n, custom. 100+ pre-built integrations. Skills registry with versioning. API-to-MCP conversion for legacy systems. Slack-native approvals. Endpoint sensors that surface shadow AI in real time, before it becomes an incident. SOC 2 Type II. Visibility, control, and enablement. No tradeoff. Your agents are already in the wild. Give them a Basecamp.
