I really like the user interface; it's easy to navigate and it's very organized. I like the reporting capabilities, specifically cost-of-goods-sold, purchasing reports, and sales reports. I like that it integrates with Quickbooks seamlessly. I like the B2B ordering platform, it's saved us so much time in entering customer orders. I like the tracability functionality, it has helped us during our food safety audits.

Wherefour is easy to use and helps me stay organized and connected. I appreciate how it simplifies communication and keeps everything in one place, which saves me time and makes my work more efficient overall.

Having worked with ERPs before I am amazed by the skills, method and efficiency of the implementation team that made the setup and user acceptance a breeze. The software itself is very robust and we have yet to find a scenario that it does not cover in a very simple way. The user interface and overall user experience is easy and learning is quick even for staff that is not super computer savvy. I like how it does complex tasks with an apparent simplicity, which, for a small business feels like we are not adding too much burden to our operations and our operators. Everyone from management, operators, line workers and compliance (USDA organic) has been able to find their data easily and accurately.
