Powerful Automation Tool, Easy Setup
I use viaSocket to automate processes that I previously handled with IFTTT. It's great because it allows us to connect diverse business applications with systems like Salesforce. I like that it's much more powerful as a lowcode/no code platform than IFTTT and similar tools. It also lets me write JavaScript snippets to perform transformations on data pipelines. The initial setup was quite easy, which I appreciate.

Effortless Integration
I like how simple the whole setup is with viaSocket. We just get the URL and drop it into our AI tools without any complicated OAuth. The setup is easy, skipping the time-consuming integration process and avoiding token refresh, rate handling, and authentication errors. It's plug and play, and apart from Aircall, there are many apps I can try to improve our tech stack.
