The platform allows me to design, prototype, and test conversational flows without any need for coding, making it accessible for both technical and non-technical users. I created an agent for my team to help our audience learn more about us, and the process was very easy and straightforward, all without writing a single line of code. Although I am a programmer and coding is not an issue for me, I like that this approach opens the door for anyone to try it out.
