Voiceflow is a strong platform for designing and building AI assistants without heavy engineering effort. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to map out conversational flows and quickly test ideas. It’s especially useful for teams who need to collaborate, prototype, and iterate fast. Using the canvas simultaneously is a big plus.

I love the no code building they offer. Each step/action has its own features which make the build so much more intuitive. For example the amount of things you can do with just the agent step alone is astounding. I found connecting apps and functions was incredibly easy to undersatnd and figure out. For those more difficult implementations they have Tico and great documentation.. That being said. If your still having issues, the devs host weekly office hours and are more than willing to help. I have no code experience and was still able to utilize webhooks and api calls without issue. I started using the platform in January and have made it a key piece of my tech stack since.

Voiceflow removes the need for an actual person to do certain tasks and allows them to focus on other things.
