I love how easy Voiceflow is to pick up and learn. After spending just two hours exploring it, I was able to understand the system and start building AI chatbots, which speaks volumes to its user-friendly design. Building chatbots with Voiceflow helps streamline vital business processes such as sales and customer service, making them flow more smoothly. I appreciate that it integrates pretty well with various tools within my tech stack, making things even more seamless. Voiceflow offers flexibility, allowing me to either build workflows in a flow style or program agents with self-contained instructional sets. I also find the evaluations feature invaluable, as it enables me to effectively monitor my AI components. Additionally, I primarily use a software called n8n, which is an orchestration platform that aids in building automations and integrating various tools, showing that Voiceflow works well within diverse software environments.

I think it has more customization ability like we can add our own code and add a lot new features like forms, file uploads and many other custom things using there custom actions. Another thing that I love is there documentation because everything is well defined and we can get all the resources like example code structures and apis easily.

Very easy to create userflows. I like how building a voice agent I can use this for an upsell and a voice agent. The agent step is super powerful but you can also build deterministic flows if needed which is very handy.
