I find Vitally very easy to use and customize, allowing our team to tweak it many times and it always feels new and improved without the heavy lifting of a whole implementation to a new platform. I appreciate that it centralizes all key info, acting as a hub that connects to numerous integrations we have. The support team is quite helpful in the rare times I've had to contact them. Learning Vitally during my onboarding process was incredibly simple and intuitive, which helped immensely.

It’s extremely easy to implement and get up and running. Building things out feels almost limitless, with so many different ways to customize. The time it takes to go from an “idea” to “execution” is usually just minutes.

I like that Vitally keeps everything organized. I also like that there's an AI component that helps me track insights I might not take notice on my own and points me to the right direction to move forward with my customers, based on their needs. The integration with my emails is great because it automatically pulls in conversations. I love the Vitally widget customization as well, which allows me to only look at important data which is valuable to me. I also appreciate the option to store both internal and external projects within Vitally, allowing me to work from a single platform. This prevents me from wasting time on manual work like copying and pasting interactions, and helps me store and manage project documents efficiently, with clear roles and responsibilities. The AI insights help me create a plan of action to follow with my customers, making Vitally crucial to my role as a CSM. The initial setup was relatively straight forward and had easy-to-follow steps.
