Transformed Our Reception Efficiency and Savings

I really like the excellent customer service that Virtual Front Desk provides. They continuously work on building useful new features and genuinely listen to their customers to make the most useful improvements. What stands out to me is how well it manages groups within my organization. The stations allow for group routing, which means each button reaches a specific group of users, eliminating the need for a receptionist to call around for an available person. Instead, Virtual Front Desk finds the next pertinent available person quickly. It saves us a lot of time and money on receptionist salaries while efficiently managing our operations. Plus, I appreciate the integration with Slack, which provides great notifications in my Slack channels. The setup process was super easy and quick, thanks to the fantastic support from their customer success manager. Everything was up and running in under 15 minutes.
