But I really need to highlight the customer service: (special mention to consultant Carlos) Unmatched support! It offers a service that makes the client feel very well supported for any situation they might need. It was necessary to translate some things in the app because our store is in Brazil and they offered full support, modified exactly as we needed. Carlos accompanied us during the live sessions, gave suggestions, got hands-on and implemented and configured the app, without us having to worry. In short, speechless. Excellent!

I really like the customization you can do with all the features. The customer service has also been outstanding. Johanna, in particular, has been incredible with providing strategies to implement the widgets and always quick to answer any questions I’ve had.
