Setting up and connecting the account to Clay and Slack was a breeze. For having just launched, the backend was surprisingly intuitive and super clean - finding my way around was super simple. It literally took 4 minutes from signup to seeing visitors identified and flowing in. The data has been accurate so far and on par (and in some cases much better) than the other solutions we have running alongside it. Plus, the support is kick-ass. At 11:00 PM on a Tuesday night I messaged support for help with the Slack connection. It connected to Slack, but visitors weren't coming in. Josh got right back to me, identified the mistake I made and fixed it. He even spent some time telling me about the product and future plans. All around, you can't get a better onboarding experience than this. And it's FREE.
