Making sure people actually sign the employee rulebook
I love that I can just drop our updated IT policies into the portal and it automatically hunts down the staff to digitally sign them. It totally saves me from sending a massive company-wide email and begging people to reply with a messy scanned signature.

Honestly I like its automated evidence collection feature a lot like you don't have to take screenshots manually and save them to a particular folder Vanta automatically does it for you. also its user interface is really good.
