I find Vanta to be an easy to use platform and a customer-friendly company. Whenever we had issues in the process, we got quick resolutions. The ease of the initial setup was great, especially with the help of Cognisys as a partner, which really took away that burden.

I like Vanta’s ability to integrate with multiple platforms, such as Google Workplace and Zendesk, to automate tasks and support risk management. These integrations improve both functionality and security by bringing everything together in one unified platform. I also appreciate being able to add and adjust employee roles. It feels flexible and easy to update as needed, rather than something that’s locked in or permanent. That flexibility also makes it easier to promote employees based on their performance. Along the same lines, I find the ability to track employee performance genuinely useful. In addition, the reporting tools are helpful—especially Event Helix—for creating reports based on performance and the information available. I also like that the onboarding and offboarding process is straightforward. Overall, the setup felt user-friendly, and it was easy to connect with other tools so the system runs smoothly.

Vanta is continually innovating, improving, and developing new features. The customization options are well thought out and make it easy to tailor Vanta to our environment, which has been genuinely helpful for our team.
