The ease of understanding the platform and the existence of webinars to deepen knowledge are very valuable aspects.

It's easy to use and provides very comprehensive information. I would have preferred more precise analysis of online user sentiment.

The UI/UX looks a bit dated but it functions fine. There are lots of options for connecting different social networks, and I like that you can monitor public profiles in addition to your own accounts. Performance is quite quick and pages load fast. My company pays for it, so I have no insight into pricing. I never needed to contact support, so I haven't used it. I also haven't really tried the AI features—I didn't know those were available.
