The UI/UX looks a bit dated but it functions fine. There are lots of options for connecting different social networks, and I like that you can monitor public profiles in addition to your own accounts. Performance is quite quick and pages load fast. My company pays for it, so I have no insight into pricing. I never needed to contact support, so I haven't used it. I also haven't really tried the AI features—I didn't know those were available.

Best analytics for social media in the market. Great for benchmark. Easy to use. Is fast and the support is always helping. The price is right for what it does.
