Excellent support and reliable tech partner for our brand's suppression files for email campaigns.

The platform is easy to navigate once I understood where I can add new affiliates and assign their keys and opt-out links. You can also keep track of which affiliates are downloading the suppression lists, and be able to add in new contacts if, for example, the key owner is on leave (aka the affiliate manager). Also, my account manager Bobby helped me navigate the platform smoothly before I subscribed to UnsubCentral.

How easy it is to navigate the system and setup between platforms. For example, our company uses has offers and it is so easy to integrate between unsubcentral and tune/has offers. It makes it easy for our vendors/partners when we give them links to import and keeping everything secure within the email setting.
