I also want to add that I love the option to create custom forms which can also populate specified data fields. I especially like this feature for collecting information from applicants and new hires. Overall, I love UKG Ready. It's taking me a while to learn each module and, the more I learn, the more I appreciate the functions and this powerful system. I greatly appreciate the multiple customization options that allow us to truly reflect our culture via branding, language, mirror internal processes, and the progressive or unique access/permission options. I think one of my favorite features is the benefits enrollment with direct carrier integration. The EDI project lead was incredible and so supportive. My last kudos go to the customer support team. Every case submitted was handled timely, with particular attention to our unique setup. When a certain aspect of a case was a bit more complex, our Krew Manager ensured it was resolved expertly. Please don't let my overall rating sway you away from UKG Ready. Once you get through the implementation, and gain more experience with your particular setup, you will be glad you selected UKG Ready.

UKG has always been able to bring together information about your employees in a way that makes sense for reporting. The use of dataview's means it can be pulled together in a quick manner. I had to adjust to dataview's but now they are invaluable. The customer support for setting these up to get the most information is a value in itself. UKG has always had an excellent team of people who make their product come to life.

I like that it has the capability to bring everything together in one centralized place.
