I appreciate Ubertesters for providing a wide range of testers from multiple geographies, which significantly enhances the testing processes for our services. This geographical variety allows us to test various depositing methods in countries where we traditionally have limitations, thereby expanding our operational efficacy and understanding of user experiences. This service has been crucial in visualizing the player deposit journey, specifically helping us comprehend how users interact with the casino, particularly the cashier, which is vital for user experience optimization. Additionally, the switch to real-time communication with our account manager through WhatsApp has substantially streamlined operations and improved communication efficiency with testers, transforming the way we manage projects. The organizational aspect of Ubertesters also supports improved communication, further enhancing operation smoothness. Their flexibility and dedication to communication innovations have been a game-changer for us.

Excellent service and flexibility. Listening to our needs, ability to tailor the solution to our requirements and the speed of arranging test cycles. High quality testers from all over the world, and a sophisticated management software that creates a streamlined workflow and clear results

The best part is I am able to do a job from sitting at home. I work for them as a tester. I am grateful to them as they are helping me earn extra money for the family.
