I find it very easy to use. Trumpet provides a good way to gain insight into which other people are involved in the decision-making process, as you can see which people have access to the environment. Creating templates is what I do the most now, so I can use them for similar occasions in the future. The initial setup was very simple, my team had already created templates, so I could get started right away.
