I really like the real-time engagement analytics in trumpet that alert the account executive the moment a decision maker opens a shared pod. It's also really convenient how prospect branding is automatically added to each page template as soon as a link is created. The digital sales rooms are super centralized, combining personalized video introductions, joint action plans, and pricing calculators all in one link, and I love that prospective clients can go through the steps of an agreement without needing to download anything outside the portal. Plus, the embedded e-signature widget is a lifesaver, seamlessly collecting legally binding contract consents right within the pod design. It's also great that we can directly log link interactions in HubSpot, which automates follow-up tasks for the sales agents.
